Washington State Employee Credit Union

As the lead designer of this project, I lead the design, content, and development teams to re-think WSECU’s digital presence and help re-launch their digital branch experience. After thoroughly refreshing the brand and core philosophies, WSECU wanted to extend their new vision and look to their website. They turned to Gravitate for the digital overhaul.

Simply put, it was about changing WSECU’s website from just a resource to a fully immersive digital branch. “We want to feel like we are walking into one of their physical branches.” Through utilizing dynamic and evolving content, adding a robust resource library, and requests for user feedback, the new website launched. It delivered original content, impactful photography, a brand anthem video and a clear brand voice that resonates with potential and current WSECU members.
